Best way to ferment!!!
We’ve made hot sauce, sauerkraut and all sorts. Makes a lot more than you think. Need another one I love it so much - fermentation station here we come! Super easy to clean as well.

Attractive but frustrating.
The crock is attractive and the lip, once filled with water, keeps the odour of the fermenting vegetables inside, which means that you can leave it on the shelf doing its thing without your whole house smelling of fermenting vegetables.
If, however, your pickling requirements run only to about 1 L of finished product per month, as mine do, I feel that the frustration of battling to Read more
