Warranty Info
Porcelain products from Eva Solo come with a 10-year warranty. The warranty covers products purchased after 1 September 2015, and only first-grade products. In other words, if your Eva Solo porcelain breaks, the glaze shatters or large flakes break off during normal daily use, they will replace the product with a new — or similar — product. The warranty does not cover faults and functional failure due to intentional breakage or breakage resulting from external events. The warranty is also conditional to user instructions being followed.
