The product is great, as expected.
The product is great.
However, the delivery process was not smooth. This wasn't an urgent delivery, so it's not that the delivery was late. However, I received a text on the day before one of the recent long weekends that the product would be delivered that day. At 4pm, I tried to track my order with Aramex.
