This airfryer oven is certainly something special. I love that the door is transparent and you can see the progress of the cooking. There are loads of accessories to help you get the best cooking results - the rotisserie is definitely our family's favourite!

Pros:
Great size and doesn't take much more counter space than a normal air fryer.
Transparent door is great to see the progress of food.

Not the "smartest" of appliances, but works 100% and is simple to operate.

I just asked for collection of it. I have never cooked potatoes chips for 1 hour and they were not even cooked. In the recommended basket then I tried baby marrow — thin slices — the same story not cooked, not crispy, absolutely terrible product. I looked at the video and it was so impressive so yes, great marketing, beautiful look, but not fit for purpose. I just hope I get my money back.

The following are my comments:
1. No screws are given for the spacer behind the oven.
2. If you are using the roller cage there is no screw there.
3. Rotisserie is very difficult to use.

I recently bought this air fryer and so far so good. Good quality finishes and accessories. It is convenient, fast and a pleasure to work with. I've baked bread in it, and dehydrated a little bit of fruit and mushrooms. What I love is that you don't have to preheat it for baking like other air fryers. I am very impressed with this nifty little oven. I decided to test it by baking some meatpies and wow! I was so surprised. Came out delicious and evenly baked. A definite must have in your kitchen. Highly recommended. Can't wait to try every single function that came with this oven.

I love my DNA airfryer which is more like a mini convection oven and is perfect for singles and couples. I can even spit roast a chicken in it, albeit a small one.

Bought this product and only 2 months after, it's already having problems. I'm based in Cape Town so it takes 2+ weeks to repair, would not recommend it for the price you pay.

Even though you didn't buy this from us, we're glad we were able to put you in touch with our supplier so that they could investigate your specific problem. Unfortunately, using this item without the drip tray is not recommended — this is what caused moisture to reach the heating elements and resulted in tripping the mains.
