This small batch, designer gin uses cascara, the red flesh that encases a coffee bean, to introduce subtle berry undertones making this both a complex and inviting spirit. With notes of juniper, citrus and — you can't go wrong. The deep red colour gives it a striking appearance both in the bottle and in a glass, making this the perfect addition to your bar cart.

Distillery 031, named after Durban's dialling code, has been crafting spirits since 2008, drawing inspiration from the rich cultures of the East coast. In 2007, Andrew Rall began distilling rum in his garden, nurturing his passion and expanding his business.
