De Buyer Stainless Steel Flexible Turner

Although this spatula is a excellent quality product in all aspects, it is not flexible at all. Being made of thick quality stainless steel the flexibility was reduced. It work 100% in a crepe/pancake type pan, but difficult to use in a normal pan with high sides due to its rigidness.

I am thrilled with with this product. Makes frying fish so easy to lift with the flexible turner. Highly recommend.

It is a great spatula. But I find it oversized and not flexible. The handle is also a bit uncomfortable. But all that aside, it does its work and does it well.

Excellent quality, and works perfectly in my new Victoria cast-iron skillet. The metal part can be gently bent into whatever angle you need to use it at, and the handle is ergonomic. I think this spatula will last as long as the skillet I use it in.
