- Slightly sweet with a richness in flavour followed by a long-lingering aftertaste
- 30L of spirit are extracted from half a ton of husks, using an artisanal bain-marie double-distillation process within 48 hours after pressing the grapes
- 6-9 months of wood maturation at full strength in second-fill French oak barrels
- Sipped slowly, slightly chilled or at room temperature, or added to espresso as a caffé corretto
- Only 3400 bottles were produced, numbered and signed by George Dalla Cia, Master Distiller
