Useful, noisy machine!
So this ice cream maker comes with a freeze bowl which you have to leave in the freezer for 12 hours or permanently!
Gets the mixture to a semi-frozen state after 25 minutes and then you decant and freeze!
Seems to work well! But has a loudish grinding sound during work.
I'm going to build a room for mine!

Wonderful and simplistic!
I have been looking for a large, easy to use ice cream machine for a while — this one checks all the boxes. It's well built, a good design, and very easy to use. How you use it is to pre freeze the tube for a few hours, and then your ice cream mix has to be cold before you want to churn it in the machine. It takes about 20-28 minutes to make soft serve ice cream, and then you have to freeze it iRead more

Exceptional product!
The Cuisinart Frozen Core Ice Cream Maker is exceptional, while being very reasonably priced. As per the instructions, freeze the core thoroughly (if you shake it, there shouldn't be any sound of liquid rolling about inside). The ice cream churning process takes a mere 15 - 20 minutes. And the result is better than anything you'll find commercially.
