My gas heat still too hot
I have used this for quite some time. I find it does not work for cast iron or Le Crueset enamel pots. The food still burns. It works with some of my pots but I wish it could be a better diffuser. It is nice to look at — it's not ugly and I keep it on my stove at all times.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Very usuful!
I bought one of these two years ago and have used it often. It does the job perfectly. I now have another one because I've found that I often have two pots that need to simmer at the same time. If you have a gas hob — this is an essential piece of equipment.
