• This bubbly is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on Tokara’s Elgin property, a cool-climate area atop Sir Lowry’s Pass
• The depth of flavour, elegance and complexity is extraordinary
• The aromas are those of lightly toasted almonds, lemon preserve and a hint of fresh green apple
• The palate is a wonderful interplay between silky liquid, crystalline acidity and fine mousse
