Made by Pieter “Bubbles” Ferreira, this 100% Pinot Noir Cap Classique shows the depth of his sparkling wine expertise. Salmon pink in the glass, it delivers aromas of wild strawberry and rose petals, leading to peach, brioche and fresh berry flavours. Fine, creamy bubbles and vibrant acidity carry through to a lingering, refined finish.
