Works great — wine chilled for hours and hours!
Really brilliantly. Keeps wine cold for hours and looks good too. Doesn't work on champagne bottles or other fat bottles but perfect for most white or rosé bottles.

A waste of money and would like to return it
I bought the bottle chiller specifically as it says it will keep wine cool for hours. This is absolutely not the case. We put the sleeve in the freezer overnight a couple of times but it does not freeze at all and when you use it, the wine is only cold for about an hour max. It is not cheap and don't waste your money on it.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
