- Ghost chilli is made from the bhut jolokia, or ghost pepper and was at one stage recognised as the world's hottest pepper. Use with care!
- Use as a spice rub, marinade or seasoning during and after cooking

- Great paired with freshly squeezed lemon juice and/or olive oil for basting

Disappointing
This is advertised as Ghost pepper but in reality, this comprises only 3% of the ingredients. There is a pleasant spicy flavour but it is rather mild. Look elsewhere if you are searching for something hot! Overall a bit of a disappointment, given all the marketing hype around how hot the product is.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Great flavour but NOT superhot!
The Ghost Chilli gives dishes a lovely flavour, especially good with chicken. Saying this, I didn't find it superhot like the packaging said. But this could be just that I like hot food and expected a much hotter kick. That's a personal preference I guess :)

The best chilli seasoning in the world :)
Used to be called Ghost Chilli.Now it is Chilli Seasoning with Ghost in small caps at the bottom. Still the best in the world :)

Tasty.
This stuff definitely has a kick to it. Had it sprinkled on a basic margarita pizza and it really brought it to life. Love the tin/shaker it comes in.
