This thing is awesome.

Nice thin, even, easy cheese slices.

Takes a bit of technique but the results are much better than any slicer I've tried — including the wire types. Cheese generally doesn't stick to the slicer but is easy to press away mid-slice if it does grab a little.

I always do my research before I buy anything. As a cheese fanatic — I use it 2 to 3 times a day.

Tip: Leave it in the fridge cheese container. No need to wash it every time you use it! Hardly any residue left after use.

My previous cheese slicer died after 10 years and I spent a little extra to get this one and so far, I love it. Creates thin, even slices of cheese — perfection!
