The kettle is quieter than my previous Bosch unit so am currently happy with the product. Checking the filling measurement can be a challenge with a lot of the newer kettles now that they place the viewing window behind the handle but it's nothing major.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

While the overall build and performance of the kettle are very good, I was very disappointed to see that the kettle spout is plastic.

I selected this kettle online as I was looking for a good value metal kettle, as I am aware of the scientific body of evidence that shows that all plastics degrade over time, especially when exposed to high heat such as boiling water.

I am so pleased I did not listen to the person who complained saying that everything was so plastic.

I love my kettle and the plastic is very good quality and so comfortable to the touch.

Would definitely recommend this kettle I have had mine for a few months and could not be happier.
