Nice bag, indestructible packaging.
I got this bag to replace the tiny one we have. The bag appears to be large enough and I would really like to use it, but the bottom is sealed with a tape that, on the surface, appears to be duct tape's steroid-using, bodybuilder cousin.
Except for tearing it off, fibre-by-fibre, there is no way, known to humans, to get rid of it.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

The part you are referring to is not meant to be peeled off, it is part of the bag and is there for extra support.
You'll only need to cut it bigger if the nozzle you are using is big and does not fit comfortably into the bag.
