Did you know that parsley neutralises the smell and taste of garlic after eating it? That's why garlic and herb is such a great combination.
- Just pour into a bowl, add one 330ml beer - use a room temperature beer to ensure activation with yeast - stir to combine and pour into a baking tin. About 45 minutes later, you'll have a loaf of fresh, delicious bread to serve to friends and family (try to resist eating it all)
- Also works well with making mini loaves and muffins - just adjust baking time accordingly
- Not into beer? You can also make bread with soda water or a non-alcoholic beer (for a similar flavour but without alcohol)

So easy to make, but not the greatest flavour!
This bread is stupendously easy to bake. You literally just mix the contents with one beer and stick it in the oven. It cooked perfectly in my new Le Creuset loaf tin. The flavour, however, left much to be desired on my part. I'm not a beer fan, nor do I enjoy any other form of alcohol, so take my review with a pinch of salt. This is the easiest thing I've ever made!
It took me but 10 minutes to prepare the tin and the bread, even quicker than it took for the oven to heat up! The bread is delicious! It is tasty and so great to eat warm bread out of the oven without having to knead dough and leave it to rise! We loved this bread so much that we will order all the flavours with our next order!!
