Recipe Detox Green Juice

The sweetness of the apples offsets the more challenging taste of the greens to produce this wonderful detoxifying juice.

  1. Wash the ingredients well
  2. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and cut the ingredients as needed to fit the chute
  3. Juice the ingredients in the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer alternating between the ingredients.

Recipe Banana Berry Sorbet

Swap out conventional desserts for this nourishing and delicious recipe! It’s so tasty that your whole family will want to enjoy it every day. Berries are full of antioxidants to aid in boosting immunity while the bananas are full of folate, potassium, and fibre.

  1. Place peeled bananas and berries into freezer until frozen solid.
  2. Using the Kuvings Mincer attachment, mince the ingredients.
  3. Stir the mixture and spoon into a small bowl.
  4. Top with berries.

Recipe Almond Milk

Unlike animal milk, almond milk contains neither cholesterol nor lactose. As it does not contain any animal products, it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Almonds are rich in nutrients including fibre, vitamin E, and magnesium.

  1. Soak almonds in water for at least 3 hours.
  2. Juice the almonds with the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer making sure to add equal parts almonds and water.
  3. Strain with cheesecloth.
