Care Instructions
- Before first use, wash with warm water and a mild detergent
- This product is dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing with warm water, a mild detergent and a cloth or non-abrasive sponge
- After drying your cookware thoroughly, using a paper towel, wipe the interior with a thin layer of cooking oil before storing
- Using high heat suitable fats and oils will prolong the life of your cookware
- Avoid using cold-pressed oils like olive oil, diet fats and diet margarine
- Don't overheat your cookware for prolonged periods of time as the oil or fat will burn and leave a black residue which could damage the non-stick coating
- To prevent scratching, don’t use metal utensils or knives in your AMT Gastroguss cookware
- Don’t slide your cookware over your stove range
- After use, the surface might change to a light brown colour — this is normal and shouldn't be removed with steel wool or scouring agent

Unbeatable and worth every cent
I was already the very happy owner of a Gastroguss frying pan and so leapt at the chance to buy the wok. This brand is the best non-stick I have ever used, so good that it can actually just be wiped clean with a paper towel whilst the food still browns perfectly, and cooks evenly. Unbeatable and worth every cent.

So good I've bought a 2nd one...
It's really really non stick and a good design such that for the first time I can do that tossing motion thing that chefs do :)
And it browns meat for stir fries quickly and well.
