The bomb.
Really. This thing cuts through wet, dry biltong like a knife through boiling butter. I used it to cut myself free of a pair of furry handcuffs, but that's a story for a different website.

Radiused biltong cutter with tray.
A fantastic biltong cutter with a scissor-style cut. Clean cuts as thin as you like and slices evenly through wet biltong with fat. Dry biltong is also not a match for this cutter, it's the best I've ever had. Gave one as a wedding present.
