No more mess.
What can I say? Much less spattering to clean up! And very easy to wash afterwards. Just wish I knew where to place the guard when I want to use both hands to to something in the pan :-)

High quality splatter screen
This splatter screen does the job. I bought 2. One for our beach house. I wish it came out in one size bigger for larger pans.

Excellent Splatter Screen
What a good find!! I have purchased those awful steel ones in the past and after one or two uses the steel netting goes dark and ugly, also very hard to clean. This one is a much better choice as it cleans well, doesn't stain, and looks a lot better.
