Made of durable stainless steel, this thermometer reads from 60°C to 204°C with clearly marked cooking temperature points in both farenheit and centigrade. Simply immerse in the liquid to get a reading.

My Kitchen Craft cooking thermometre
I am so thrilled with this thermometer. It is so well marked for the many uses I need it for. It has the soft ball, hard ball, hard crack and all clear and readable while heating sugar. I use mine a lot for making mixed nut brittle and I don't have to make small balls on cold saucers - I just have to read the thermometer. It also clips very neatly on the side of the pot and the clip is movable. I Read more

Just what my daughter wanted

Works perfectly but slightly discoloured after first use
I bought this product with the intention of making Heston's 'Thrice Fried Chips'. The thermometer works perfectly, but I think the oil being used in a pot was heated slightly too much so it has discoloured the bottom half of the thermometer slightly. Nice size and easy to use and read the temperature.

This is a very nice product.
This stainless steel kitchen thermometer is really the best thing I have ever bought. I should have done it ages ago. No more struggling to get the fudge's right temperature. Yuppiechef really has stunning products.

No guesswork!
Takes the guesswork our of making jams and sweets, love it. Clips on the the side of the pan so doesn't drop into hot liquids!! Just soak it in warm water to clean. Thanks Yuppiechef!
