OXO has created the Silicone Egg Poacher to help you quickly and easily create perfectly poached eggs – eggs worthy of sharing in real life and on social media. Looking at the traditional (and painstaking) water bath poaching method for inspiration, they designed the Poacher for modern cooks with a little more on their plate.
- High-heat resistant silicone body cradles the eggs
- The funnel shape guides eggs into the water, preventing the yolk from breaking
- Carefully designed hole pattern optimizes water flow around the eggs for even cooking
- When they're ready, use the handy tab to safely remove the Poacher from the water
- Helpful fill lines show just how much water to use

Suggested cooking times for poached eggs with a runny yolk:
- Medium Eggs – between 3:00 and 3:30 minutes
- Large Eggs – between 3:15 and 3:45 minutes
- XL Eggs – between 3:30 and 4:00 minutes
- Jumbo Eggs – between 4:00 and 4:30 minutes

This product is a game changer!
I have a drawer of useless egg poachers and have always resorted to just "frying them in water". But these are a game changer!! The egg actually passes through the hole and, almost, loose into the water. I say "almost" because the bottom "cage" part constrains the egg so you get a well formed (yet still freeform) poached egg. Works really well
I was always nervous about making poached eggs. These egg poachers make it as easy as 123. Nobody in the family wants anything else other than poached eggs these days.
