Low-carb lifesaver!
Full disclosure: I don't drink coffee. But I do grind nuts and seeds to make low-carb flour alternatives. This beauty is a must-have for all banters and other carb-conscious eaters! It grinds a cup of pumpkin seeds into a perfect meal in seconds. I adore it.

Best little appliance
Love this for grinding my spices. And making herbed salts and lemon dusts. Just dried out lemon slices and slightly chop and place in grinder and whizz it up. Nice over salads, fish or citrus desserts.
