The excellent quality you expect from Pyrex.
As expected the quality of these bowls met my high expectations of Pyrex. We have been doing Fitchef for a while and they are the perfect size for a single portion. So these bowls fit our needs perfectly and now we can each choose different meals without them mixing together whilst cooking.

Great quality but beware volume indication
3.5L is total capacity including lid. Base comfortably accommodates 2L only.

Dutch oven
I have been experimenting with these for bread making. This size is good for bigger loaves. I'm very pleased I bought it.

Sour bread cooking
I joined the sour bread craze during lockdown. Patrick Ryan [Irish sour bread expert] recommended Pyrex dishes as a good way for novices to get going on sour bread. I really like using these Pyrex dishes for baking bread now. A winner if you like making bread.
