Not as powerful as I'd have liked
This is a perfectly nice blender however it doesn't do a good job of crushing ice nor pulverizing frozen bananas. There are always chunks left over when you've blended for quite some time. A bit disappointing if you've bought it specifically for making smoothies, like I did.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Disappointing
After doing proper research I bought this liquidiser but am mostly disappointed. Powerful motor and glass jug were a selling point to me but although motor is powerful it is also extremely noisy. Blades are not good enough to blend fruit pieces (frozen fruit even worse) even after liquidising for a long time resulting in chunky smoothie. I am not impressed.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Solid, strong blender.
This is a great machine, it works excellently. The button pushes to the side a tad difficult but once you're used to it then there are no problems.

Good product
Good product. Great feature that the lid's measuring cup can be removed during operation so that food items can be added when the motor is running. But buyers should know in advance that the motor should not be run for 2 minutes continuously, or on pulse setting, due to risk of overheating, and not for more than 60 seconds if the mixture is dry, thick or heavy.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Strong and stable
This blender is much stronger than others I have owned. The glass jar is thick, the plastic ring is strong and the suction caps for the base are a welcome addition. Highly recommended. I bought a second one for my son.
