Love love love this magimix
I've had my magimix for a week now and I'm in love. So far I've chopped garlic in the mini bowl which is a big win for small quantities and super fast. I've also grated mozzarella and sliced potatoes for potato bake in the midi bowl. The extra large feeding tube allows for a large quantity to be pushed to the blade. Love it!
My beautiful new Magimix replaced an old one which I had for over twenty years. While the basic techniques of using it are the same, the new model is streets ahead in design and functionality. What a joy it is to be able to make homemade breads, crackers, biscuits, cakes using the nuts, cream, almond and coconut flours which I love. Quality and efficiency
I ordered mine after returning two much cheaper compact food processors bought elsewhere, a Philips that was poorly constructed and a Kenwood that stopped working within weeks. That put me off those brands. I struggled to get this one out the box, so maybe I can help someone else with a warning. It's a kitchen beast…
I’ve used my new Magimix to create date balls and hummus this week — I'm impressed. This machine works efficiently and ever so quietly. I am grateful to have a powerful food processor like this after struggling with several cheaper brands that all struggled to properly process medjool dates and nuts. I hope that I won’t have to replace it for at least 30 years.
