simply beautiful!!!
We went to have breakfast at a Bistro and my wife complained the coffee was cold. We had no idea the mug was "double walled" and we were impressed with this mug. We had to have 6 of these and we are not sorry we bought them!

Both cups shattered.
I purchased a set of these cups, but unfortunately, two of them shattered within just two months of use. The first cup developed a crack in June, after only about one month of regular use. The second one cracked around the mouth area while I was washing it in the second week of July. I expected better durability and quality for the price.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Cup shattered.
I was very disappointed with this product. As soon as I stirred the cup, it literally broke a hole in the middle, and the glass fragmented. This could have caused a serious injury if I'd not noticed.

We're so sorry we got it wrong this time around and hope you've used your refund to find something that suits you better. This may have been due to something that is called "Thermal Shock" which is changes in temperature that cause the glass to expand and contract. Thermal shock refers to the sudden and extreme temperature change that causes a material to expand or contract at different rates, leading to cracks or even breakage. In the case of drinking glasses, thermal shock can occur when hot liquids are poured into a cold glass or vice versa. This can weaken the glass and make it more susceptible to cracking or breaking. To avoid thermal shock, it is recommended to gradually change the temperature of the glass by preheating or precooling it before pouring it into hot or cold liquids.
Disappointed.
Two of my cups cracked after about 8 months. Very disappointed as it was very expensive and thought it would be better quality. Would not recommend.
