This handy Y-peeler makes short work of straight vegetables, such as marrows, cucumbers, and carrots.
The angle of the blade makes peeling faster, while the hollow polyproylene handle gives great grip to the user. With a dual bladed swivel blade, this can be used by those who peel towards themselves and those who peel away.
Best for use on straight veggies, it can also be used to peel rounded vegetables, such as potatoes, but will be slightly less efficient.

Left-handers, this is the peeler for you
Any left-handed foodie knows the woes of trying to find a peeler that's left-handed friendly. After several years' use by both left- and right-handers, our Victorinox Angled Y-Peeler still works like new.

Perfect design for functionality
At first I wasn't too sure about the handle being angled and wondered if it would really work well when trying to peel something, however it's perfect, such a simple idea of just angling the handle so that you don't have to hold you hand at an angle is great, just makes peeling that much simpler.

This product is easy to use
This peeler is easy to hold. It is also very light. I am comfortable letting my 8 year old son use it to help peel the carrots!

Does the trick.
I was a bit sceptical at first, but after reading the reviews I decided to try it out because of the brand that has never disappointed me and I wasn't sorry.

I was skeptical but it's essential.
I had always preferred the vertical peelers and after having a bad horizontal one before I was skeptical of this product and its strange angle. However, after misplacing the first one I had to buy another as this is the only peeler I can use now and is much more efficient than alternatives.
