Excellent value
I like Le Cruset, but it is very expensive. This item is made in RSA, is pretty much the same. The handle on the lid looks less attractive than Le Creuset, but as long as it lasts I will be happy. The cooking quality doesn't seem to be any different to more expensive casserole dishes. So — a winner for me.

So far so good!
Made our fair share of curries, stews and rice so far. Happy with the even heat distribution and heat retention. Very chuffed with the moisture retaining feature in the lid (tiny knobs in the enamel that redirect moisture back into the pot). Not made for straight surfaces
Wobbles on the flat ceramic hob. It is best done on the braai. Better buy a Le Creuset right away.
