Care Instructions
- Dishwasher safe, however, hand washing is recommended to prolong the lifespan of the pan
- Ensure that there are no protruding or sharp implements in contact with the non-stick surface when placed in the dishwasher
- When washing up, use a soft sponge or cloth with a small amount of detergent
- Silicone, wooden or plastic utensils recommended

Rather heavy for its intended purpose.
I returned it without using. It's a beautiful pan — looks really well made and from quality materials. But at 850g it is twice the weight of other crepe pans and I think that will make flipping a pancake uncomfortable.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Stunning product and super happy!
