Disappointing
I had the product for just over a year. It stopped working, sent it in for repair, the feedback was that I had to pay for the repair because the PCB is fault. Over R1400, I can’t believe such an expensive toaster can’t last more than a year. I have a great investment in KitchenAid appliances but now I am worried about all the other products.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Beautiful but it ends there
It looks absolutely beautiful but it doesn't toast well in spite of the numerous settings. It also broke literally just out of guarantee and I very rarely used it. The kettle is incredible, works like a charm and as much as I would like to get a toaster to match I really don't think this toaster is worth the price tag.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

New era toaster
The most amazing toaster. Never thought a toaster could be such a pleasure to operate. Mostly automatic-thinks for itself. You just pop the bread (any kind) into the slot, decide how you want it toasted and the machine does the rest!

Breaks and trash it — no repair!
No, I loved it until it stopped working and it’s not fixable. At this price it’s definitely not worth it.

An expensive toaster.
An expensive toaster, which produces toast similar to more entry level products. The KitchenAid website caters for only a few countries outside of U.S. so I haven't been able to register my purchase with them.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
