A top class, single estate, sugarcane rum!
One doesn't often find a seriously tasty local, single estate rum that is made in the Agricole style (i.e. sugarcane juice & not molasses). It's unadulterated and dry in style, like a whiskey. Best to drink on it's own or with a splash of ginger ale or lime & soda.
