Exceptional pan
Extremely solid cake pan. After using flimsy non stick cake pans my whole life, this pan is a revelation. It is really heavyweight and bakes beautifully.

The Cake pan works but...
Bought 3 of these masterclass cake pans and for some reason all 3 of them arrived with a small scratch inside the pan. It could be the way they were made or something, not sure. I figured chances of getting non-scratched ones if I returned them would be slim and needed them for a project. (I mean what are the chances that all three are scratched right?) Ultimate cake tin

Such a solid baking pan!
The non-stick base makes cake release a dream, and the loose bottom means no more wrestling with sponge layers. I reach for it every time I bake.
