I am so pleased with these cooling racks. They stack beautifully if you want to cool, for example, cupcakes. When using just one it has two height settings which is great on low for a heavy cake like a Christmas cake or high when cooling something hot like bread. Love This!
I have a tiny kitchen! It makes baking really difficult as I need to mix everything, then wash those dishes before I can even think about taking anything out of the oven. This is a great set of racks if you want extendable racks without the fuss of having to actually extend it. The fact that it's stackable is also really useful when preparing small things like cookies. I did find that the stacks weren't tall enough to allow for proper raised muffins, though maybe for the minis it would be fine. Love my stacking cooling racks
I got these cooling racks for our wedding and I absolutely love them! We live in a flat so space is paramount, and the way these stack together makes a perfect addition to my baking family. They are a little flimsy, but if you're careful they work beautifully.
