Ah, cheese. Can there ever be enough? If you're firmly in the no-cheese-is-too-much camp, then this bread kit is for you. With a mix of Italian cheeses added to the kit, you can create cheesy loaves, mini loaves, muffins and more. And take cheese with you wherever you go.
- Just pour into a bowl, add one 330ml beer - use a room temperature beer to ensure activation with yeast - stir to combine and pour into a baking tin. About 45 minutes later, you'll have a loaf of fresh, delicious bread to serve to friends and family (try to resist eating it all)
- Also works well with making mini loaves and muffins - just adjust baking time accordingly
- Not into beer? You can also make bread with soda water or a non-alcoholic beer (for a similar flavour but without alcohol)

So quick and easy.
This really is as easy as the recipe says it will be! Pour the contents of bag into a bowl, add beer, mix with a fork, tip out into a loaf pan and bake. Slice, serve with butter and you'll be an instant hero! I used spray and cook and a shaking of flour to coat the loaf pan and I did follow the instructions to use room temp beer and a brush of butter over the top before baking. It only to Read more

Delicious!
This bread was so easy to make and very tasty. I made a loaf for our year end braai and there were only crumbs left on the cutting board once everyone had finished eating.

Pretty Average
Product had no cheese flavour and was extremely dense, almost a scone like consistency. Not quite what I expected. Easy to use and work with, requires minimal effort and is easily mixable by hand. All in all, a pretty average product
