NOMU Fond Liquid Stock, 200ml—Variant: Chicken

This concentrated liquid stock from Nomu is made from natural ingredients — free from artificial flavours, enhancers, colouring agents and preservatives. In cooking, everything has a name, even those crispy brown bits at the bottom of the pan after you sear steak or roast a chicken. Known as the fond, those brown bits make a fantastic gravy to go over roast meats, and add a huge amount of flavour to soups and stews. And that's what this stock does.

Ingredients:

• Vegetable stock: water, salt, dried glucose syrup, natural flavour, 2,4% onion, sugar, spices (with Celery), parsley, stabiliser (E415), modified starch
• Beef stock: water, salt, flavour, dried glucose syrup, 5% beef extract, modified starch, caramel sugar, sugar, maltodextrin, onion powder, spice, stabiliser (E415) 
• Lamb stock: water, salt, lamb flavour, 11% lamb meat, sugar, dried glucose syrup, caramel sugar, modified corn starch, onion, garlic, spices and citric acid
• Chicken stock: water, maltodextrin, salt, flavour, modified corn starch, 2% rehydrated chicken meat, onion, sugar, spice, stabiliser (E415), acid (E270, E327), caramelised sugar

• Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place and refrigerate after opening.
• A note on shelf life: NOMU Fond has an 18 month shelf life, while sealed. Once you take it home and open the bottle, we recommend refrigerating the open bottle. Even refrigerated, we suggest using within 4 weeks to ensure the best results.
