Not Commercial Quality
At first sight, this press looks splendid, but looks can be deceiving. It is not made of solid stainless steel, but rather of a much softer alloy, which BROKE IN TWO along the SHAFT!!! Don't waste your money by buying this product. You will be disappointed.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
