I was reluctant to spend this much on a dish drainer but was tired of trying to get my plastic one properly clean, all of those tiny rough edges are dirt traps. This one is smooth all over so cleaning it is easy with a sponge. It is heavy so stays in place and is very spacious. It is also higher off the surface than the plastic ones so water drains freely. Looking forward to this rack not rusting and therefore continuing to look shiny. Nicely weighted so it holds heavy marble chopping board up to dry easily.

This is an expensive drying rack compared to other wire ones on the market but it is worth it. It is very well-made and solid, not flimsy. The weight keeps it from sliding around on the drainer.
