A sharp zester is one of those tools you never expect to need until you have one, and then you wonder how you lived without it for so long. This zester is designed with several thoughtful additions, making it extra helpful in the kitchen.

  • Razor sharp, etched stainless steel blade to make sure you grate exactly what you need and none of what you don't
  • Includes an innovative blade wiper on the reverse side, to wipe off all the zest that gets caught in the back - simply wipe down the length towards the large hole at the end to sweep zest off and remove the wiper for cleaning
  • Comes with a plastic sheath to keep it protected in the utensil drawer
  • Top rack dishwasher safe

This product is what it says it does. The grater/zester is extremely sharp, very very effective in getting as much zest from an orange or lemon as possible without including any pith from the fruit. I am most impressed with this product and would highly recommend this to anyone.

I find that it's not really a smooth action. The fruit sticks to the grater teeth when you grate. Disappointed.
