Richardson Sheffield Kyu knives
Dear Yuppiechefs, I see your stock does not include Richardson & Sheffield knives, but mainly Wusthof. Is there a reason? I mean, is there a significant difference in quality, would you know? I would like to buy more R knives in South Africa, but am battling to find a retailer who stocks them. I have two which I bought overseas, and I like the feel of them, so I wouldn't mind getting more in the same range.

Thank you for your question and your suggestion.
I'm not sure who else in South Africa might stock Richardson & Sheffield, as a quick Google search myself yielded no worthwhile results.
Our team is constantly on the look out for- and testing products to broaden our range. That said, our knife range is fairly comprehensive, we have great relationships with our suppliers, and we believe strongly in the knives we do stock.
