Freeze bread dough

Hi
I have made the Rosemary and feta focaccia twice now - and both times Amazing

I was wondering if I can prepare the dough - and then freeze it - then get it out in morning - to pop in oven after work for those days you are pressed for time

Thanks

Hi Liesl! I've baked the focaccia, frozen it, then defrosted and warmed it in the oven for about an hour. I haven't frozen the unbaked dough, but I have frozen unbaked dough for other recipes and they've turned out fine (even yeast breads). It should be fine :)
