Where can I buy dehydrated egg whites (I'm in Pretoria area)?
I have some recipes for Italian meringue to make macarons, and they call for small quantities of dehydrated egg white. It's not a crucial element of the recipe, but I would like to see how it would affect the quality of the macarons.
