Wholewheat Flour-baking biscuits.
You recommend wholewheat flour for the Peanut Buttery Oat Biscuits. Please explain exactly what type of wholewheat flour or substitute one can use. Not much of a selection in our shops!

Hi Beanie
You can substitute the same quantity of regular flour for whole-wheat flour but you might need to add in a little extra regular flour to bulk the mixture up if need be.
