Hi Gylnis, That's a great, albeit, tricky question. The altitude can make a difference so I would suggest taking a look at http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipe/high-altitude-baking.html. They have a few charts that will help you figure out what changes need to be make to which recipes. Good luck!
