Really enjoyed working my way through the Art of Baking! I had considered myself quite a 'good' baker (a pinterest/Foodgawker recipe fan), but learnt some clever tricks and tips from Sarah Graham. I'm also excited to experiment using the basic ratios and get a little more creative in my own baking! Thank you, looking forward to more courses.
