Recommend Tools not the correct size

Hi,

I'm busy doing to cooking course. It's great so far since I get to try things and slowly build up my kitchen tools. I've just made the bread. I bought the loaf pan recommended for the lesson - I think that you're linking to the incorrect size loaf pan - the dough was more than twice the size of the pan before the second rising. Luckily I had a old pan on hand. I ordered the 18x9 pan. You'd need 3 of them for the recipe ;)
