Can I substitute the eggs in the recipes with something that's vegetarian/vegan friendly?

You can substitute 1 tablespoon of ground chia seeds mixed with 3 tablespoons of water for every egg needed. Mix the chia and water and leave it for 5 minutes until it has formed a gel, then use it where the egg is required!
