I have a convection microwave oven and a conventional oven. Which is better to use? I would prefer to use the convection microwave oven but how will it change baking times and ingredients of recipes?

Hi Bianca,

The convection microwave will fine to bake in. The ingredients and such will stay the same but depending on the power of your convection microwave the baking times will decrease. It's best to keep an eye on it the first few times and find what works for your recipes and convection microwave.
Don't forget to preheat it like you would a normal oven and to place your baked goodies on a low wire rack inside the convection microwave when baking.

Hope that helps, happy baking!
