Making passion fruit curd

Hi.

The list of ingredients for the passion fruit curd includes cornflour, but the instructions do not mention anything about the cornflour. When should this be added to the curd mixture? I added it after the eggs (because I remembered it only then), and had to whisk furiously to get rid of the lumps.

Also, I have some passion fruit curd left and would like to know how long it will keep in the fridge.

Hi Suzanne
So sorry that there seems to be some confusion with the recipe method, I'll double check the instructions now and correct any issues.
In the mean time, the cornflour can be added at the beginning along with the other ingredients, it can be mixed with a little cold water beforehand to reduce the risk of lumps.
Also, the curd will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in sterilised jars.
Best baking wishes
